Assigning herself as an autodidact, Indra composes her own work except with rare assistance from food stylists.

Born in Antwerp, Belgium and raised partially in Dallas-Ft.Worth, Texas, she resides in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

Hotel-Restaurant Les Remparts, Venasque Village, access from Carpentras, Saint Didier or Gordes.

Restaurant open daily in season. Annual closing from mid-November to late March or early April.

A la carte selections and salads, lunch menu 20€, dinner menus at 26€ and 33€, child menu for 10€, selection of excellent AOC Ventoux wines, e.g. Chateau Unang and St Jean de Barroux.

Hotel has eight rooms at very reasonable rates; reserve well in advance.
